2. Item Conditions

For a return to be accepted, items (stickers, mugs, tote bags, etc.) must be in the same condition they were delivered, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will issue a full refund for the product price using the original payment method (via Stripe) within a maximum of 14 days.
